Last weekend was wonderful. Friday night Keith took me to see The Change-Up. It was really funny, but reallyyyy vulgar. Afterwards, we went to his house to hang out and talked to his mom. Saturday he got all of his stuff out of the apartment in Austin, then we had a picnic by the river in Seguin. The more time I get to spend with him, the more I want to see him. I'm trying to be cautious about just jumping back in, though. It's tough.
I had a job interview at church nursery this morning. I really hope I get that job!
I also started my outpatient program. It's pretty boring, but I have to do it...

Birthday Party Mania
Today has been so exhausting. We had Dylan's birthday party at the Jumpy Place. He had a blast with his friends, while I just sat on my pregnant butt (on a very uncomfortable bench). I'm glad he had fun.
I haven't done much with the rest of my day. I am getting to that point in my pregnancy where I feel so uncomfortable no matter what. And the heat is excruciating! November can not get here fast enough.
I am so looking forward to tomorrow, though. My husband is coming to town & taking me to a movie. I can't wait to be able to spend some time with him. :)

5 Month Anniversary
So, this morning I finally got a new driver's license with my married name on it. I am now officially Katie Bolton. Appropriate, seeing as today is our 5 month anniversary. Keith is still in Austin, however, and we couldn't spend the day together. It has been a real roller coaster this past 5 months, but I know God has a plan for us. Things are going well right now & I just keep praying for more guidance.
Today I feel very loved. :)

Dylan's 5th Birthday
Today has been a pretty great day. Little man turned 5 years old! We went to IHOP for breakfast with Grandma & Grandpa, then Dylan had school. After dropping birthday boy off, my mom & I swung by the grocery store, then home so I could bake a birthday cake.
I had to call & try to figure out where I could take a relapse prevention course here in town (for my DWI from last October). I have an appointment tomorrow morning, & I am hoping I will be able to start ASAP & complete the course before my next court date on September 9th. If I can finish that & the 12 hour DWI class, I can spend 4 days in jail instead of 2 years on probation. I have a little anxiety about spending 4 days in jail, especially since I will be over 30 weeks pregnant. However it will end up being much faster & cheaper.
After my mom & I picked Dylan up from school, we went to Carter's & I got Dylan a "big brother" shirt. I also got a "little brother" onesie for the baby. We had pizza for dinner, with cake & presents afterwards. Dylan was really enjoying his big day. :) So grateful for my sweet little boy. I can't believe he is already 5 years old.
